‘Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’ star Jen Shah asks to serve her time in Bryan, Texas prison

Shah and her assistant Stuart Smith created and sold lead lists, names and contacts of potential clients for members of their scheme to scam, announced by Audrey Strauss, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York in a press release.

At least 10 victims are known, and they were all reportedly over the age of 55, said in a news release. Shah was convicted Friday of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing and was sentenced to six-and-a-half years in prison,"With today's sentence, Jennifer Shah finally faces the consequences of the many years she spent targeting vulnerable, elderly victims,” said the U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said in a statement.
