“I just want people to feel chilled and like it was a safe space.' ❤️❤️❤️ raveena_aurora takes us backstage as she gets ready for her sold-out show in NYC and discusses her custom pieces made by her mom, tour life, and meditation ⤵️

“When creating looks for the tour, and hair specifically I learned I can’t do very complex hair on stage,” she says. “I need my hair to have motion and I need to have it be very easily moved. It’s a very physical show. But makeup is where I get to be more experimental and that's where we can really express the side of the space princess. We've been going for a very colorful editorial looks with a space theme. I’ve loved using all kinds of colors.

The “Magic” singer leans deeply into her spiritual upbringing to get her through weeks of touring, and now that level of affirmation is needed more than ever. After a tumultuous few hours, Raveena soon saw an outpour of fans reaching out to donate to recuperate for any lost items, as well as brands offering to send clothes to replace her stolen designs. She didn’t expect to see this much response and help from others, but noted how incredibly held she felt in that moment by the love she received in such a disheartening moment. But when you constantly give out love into the world it is sure to come back to you.

Raveena spends a lot of time meditating. So much so, she even ended “Asha’s Awakening” with a 14 minute guided meditation — which by the way is perfect for an evening unwind.
