During a hearing with two IRS whistleblowers, who have claimed the investigation into the president's son was influenced by politics, Greene revealed several large, explicit photographs of Hunter Biden engaging in sex acts. Raskin was furious with Comer for allowing Greene to carry on and sharing video of her testimony online."Your failure to halt Rep.
At the time, she warned, “Parental discretion is advised" before showing the pictures from Hunter Biden's laptop. According to Raskin, it was a"completely gratuitous and irrelevant display of pornographic images" on what he noted was a televised hearing. He further claimed that if Greene's move isn't considered a violation of decorum,"then we have no rules of Congressional decorum."
In response to Raskin's letter, Comer said in a statement to the Washington Examiner, “It speaks to ranking member Raskin’s priorities that he is more concerned about Hunter Biden’s embarrassment than the young women he involved in his illegal activities. I hope ranking member Raskin will join me in asking the Justice Department about Hunter Biden’s Mann Act violations and why the victims’ rights have been ignored.”"It is incumbent upon you to make clear that Rep.
Hunter Biden's attorney Abbe Lowell slammed Greene's move, telling the Washington Post, “We are curious to hear how that instance of pure harassment of a private person’s personal life informed Congress of some real gap in our tax laws.”
