Actress Raquel Welch, who shot to international fame in the 1960s after her turn as a bikini-clad cavewoman in the 1966 film “One Million Years B.C.,” has died. She was 82 years old.

Ms. Welch died Wednesday morning after a brief illness, her publicist Steve Sauer’s office and her agent Stephen LaManna said.
