PETALING JAYA: PKR deputy president Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramli says that he is ready to step down from his party and Cabinet posts and focus on grassroots campaign ing if he is not re-elected in the upcoming party polls.
Rafizi said during his leave, he met with PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Pakatan Harapan secretary-general Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail. "My concern is that the current government campaign seems defensive and not as offensive as PKR once was when it was the opposition," he added. The Economy Minister also confirmed that he would defend his post in the PKR central polls and welcomed others to contest the position.
