Hilir Perak OCPD Asst Comm Ahmad Adnan Basri said the incident occurred at about 8.10pm on Wednesday on KM16 of the Teluk Intan-Bidor Road. The victims are aged between 20 and 36 years old. All of them had valid permits and travel documents. ACP Adnan said the 36-year-old driver, a local working as a food outlet helper has been arrested and a urine test confirmed that he was high on ganja.
