Maranan said engaging in any form of partisan behavior is prohibited and any evidence pointing to such acts will result in sanctions on erring police officers.Maranan said partisan behavior not only undermines public trust in law enforcement institutions, but also contradicts the essence of justice the Philippine National Police stands for.
