The Quezon City government has recognized 13 barangays, organizations and businesses for implementing initiatives related to climate action and disaster risk reduction and management.
Mayor Joy Belmonte led the awarding ceremony for the first-ever Quezon City Green Awards held at Novotel Manila in Cubao on Friday.
Meanwhile, the Resilient Award went to Barangay Culiat , SK Barangay Batasan Hills and Halamanan Youth Association . “May your efforts inspire positive change in every corner of this city.
