The Quezon City government on Tuesday, Jan. 18, urged authorities to be more careful and humane in implementing the “No Vaccination, No Ride” policy after a woman was not allowed to ride a bus on Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue even as she is partially vaccinated against COVID-19.

In a statement, the local government confirmed that the vaccination card shown by the woman was issued by the city. “Kasabay nito umaapela kami sa lahat ng aming kapwa lingkod-bayan na maging mas maingat at makatao sa pagpapatupad ng mga polisiya, patakaran at batas ,” it added.
