Qantas posted a record underlying profit of $2.47 billion its first full-year profit since COVID. Last year Qantas made a loss of $1.9 billion and lost $7 billion since COVID, for that reason it will pay no corporate tax for the next few years. Qantas also cut $1 billion a year of costs from its business.
