PwC Australia CEO Kevin Burrowes and chief risk officer Jan McCahey at the Senate inquiry into consulting.Details are still being ironed out in PwC’s “Project Snow Gum”, but it does look like CEO, which we then assume will get rebadged the Deloitte Indigenous Consultancy, or DIC. Deloitte and PwC declined to comment.

One former PIC indigenous consultant told us the unit was like a shell that sat around PwC, helpfully obscuring the fact that for all intents and purposes they were the same organisation. Was this the type of arrangement envisioned when Canberra came up with policies to promote small Indigenous-owned businesses?
