Putrajaya provides RM400 million in aid to Kelantan
Kelantan Menteri Besar Ahmad Yakob has expressed gratitude to the prime minister for a RM400 million aid package for the state. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, January 2, 2020.Menteri Besar Ahmad Yakob said the state government had received a special letter from Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad on December 17 and funds would be used to improve the state’s socio-economic fortunes, the well-being of the people and to strengthen the state’s finances.
