Putin umum serang Ukraine guna peluru berpandu baharu
MOSCOW: Presiden Russia, Vladimir Putin mengumumkan pelancaran peluru berpandu balistik jarak sederhana baharu terhadap Ukraine sebagai tindak balas kepada serangan Kyiv yang menggunakan peluru berpandu buatan Amerika Syarikat dan United Kingdom ke atas sasaran di negara itu.
“Kami mempunyai hak untuk menggunakan senjata terhadap kemudahan ketenteraan negara-negara yang membenarkan senjata mereka digunakan terhadap kemudahan kami,” katanya. Pihak berkuasa tempatan memaklumkan serangan itu melibatkan peluru berpandu balistik antara benua bersama rentetan peluru berpandu lain, mengenai kemudahan infrastruktur dan mencederakan dua orang awam.
Presiden Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy mendakwa serangan itu menggunakan peluru berpandu dengan ciri menyerupai ICBM dan turut menuduh Moscow menjadikan Ukraine sebagai medan ujian senjata.
