The thieves broke in to a rural property on Gunns Lane, Kilfeera, near Benalla, between 7.30pm on May 29 and 7.30am on May 30.
READ MORE: Four other puppies who police said were "in the same area" as Daisy were untouched.A 58-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman at the home remained sleeping during the break-in, and were uninjured.
