Pulau Nunuyan search for survivors reaches 3rd day

THE search-and-rescue operation for boat accident victims in the waters of Pulau Nunuyan near Sandakan, Sabah continued today after stopping at 6pm yesterday. According to a statement from the Sandakan Zone Marine Maritime Enforcement Agency, today’s operations started at 7am, involving a search area of 187 nautical square miles divided into eight sectors.
