Three officials are set to testify.
Acting Ukraine ambassador William Taylor and deputy assistant secretary of state George Kent will testify November 13.The announcement comes one day after Gordon Sondland, the U.S. ambassador to the European Union,to say foreign aid to Ukraine was contingent on Ukrainian officials announcing an investigation into Burisma Holdings and the Bidens.
Sondland became the third Trump administration official to confirm a quid pro quo imposed by the Trump administration on Ukraine.from closed-door testimonies by Sondland and Kurt Volker, the former U.S. special envoy to Ukraine.
