Kota Kinabalu: An entertainment outlet caretaker was fined RM2,500 or two months jail by the Magistrate’s Court here for operating the premises beyond the permitted time.

Tahassarun Amuma, 45, pleaded guilty before Magistrate Lovely Natasha Charles to operating the Club Mix R&B Pub at Koidupan town shop, Penampang at 2.30am on August 4.The prosecution informed the magistrate that a police team during Ops Noda went to the premises and found it still operating beyond the permitted time. The police seized the music equipment in Tahassarun’s presence.
