KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 29 — The provision of a special additional annual salary increment of RM100 to public service officers of the management and professional group as well as the implementation groups will come into effect on January 1.
However, the payment of the special additional KGT will only be made on the salary payment date for the month of January 2023. It also said that officers subject to disciplinary actions are also eligible to receive this special additional KGT. It also covers officers who died on January 1, 2023, as part of the officers’ final salary for the purpose of retirement benefits.
