VIOLENT protests shook Paris suburbs overnight and celebrities expressed outrage today after police shot a teenager dead during a traffic stop and appeared to have lied about the circumstances of the killing. The 17-year-old man, named only as Nael M., was pulled over by two policemen yesterday for breaking traffic rules, prosecutors said.
