Prosecution drops challenge to Rafizi acquittal

RAFIZI Ramli is a free man, with prosecutors today withdrawing an appeal against his acquittal on a Banking and Financial Institutions Act charge. The Court of Appeal retained the decision to free the PKR vice-president after the withdrawal request was made. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
