KUALA LUMPUR: Bukit Aman has never stopped investigating the acid splashing attack on Selangor FC winger Faisal Halim at a shopping mall in Kota Damansara in May, says Tan Sri Razarudin Husain .
"The Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department has conducted a thorough investigation but there was no credible evidence linking all three suspects. "In fact, the CID also conducted checks on their bank accounts but there were no suspicious transactions discovered," he said when contacted on Saturday ."We also issued a photofit of the suspect to get assistance and information from the public.
State Youth, Sports and Entrepreneurship Committee chairman Mohd Najwan Halimi responded, saying the Selangor government had yet to receive any feedback from the police on the progress of the investigation into the case involving Faisal.
