Pro-Anwar PKR man says Rafizi 'forgotten' after working hard for PH victory

PETALING JAYA: A PKR Youth leader aligned with Anwar Ibrahim has paid tribute to Rafizi Ramli, describing the former Pandan MP as an unsung hero ahead of a court trial on his appeal against a conviction for leaking bank account details connected to the scandal-plagued National Feedlot Corporation . But he said Rafizi, who lost a bitter race for the PKR deputy president’s post to Mohamed Azmin Ali last year, did not benefit from the coalition’s historic win.

“Although PH won at the federal level, he is without a position in government. What is more sad is that he is forgotten by the administration despite his contributions to PH’s victory,” Syed Badli said, adding that Rafizi was a talented leader who could play a bigger role in the government.
