Kota Kinabalu: The winner of this year’s State Unduk Ngadau Kaamatan will bring home prizes worth more than RM100,000.
Joanna also disclosed that the top three winners will be granted a RM2,000 allocation each from the State UNK organising committee for a complete set of traditional attire based on their district of representation. The pageant week will commence on May 26 with the registration of all 49 representatives, followed by educational programmes scheduled for May 27-28.
“The event will be officiated by Assistant Tourism, Culture, and Environment Minister Datuk Joniston Bangkuai,” she said.
