PENAMPANG: The MKS Agro Sdn Bhd farm received a visit from the Malaysian Prisons Department, recently.

According to its Manager Datuk Haji Jamawi Jaafar, the visit was aimed at holding a more focused discussion to cooperate in the Prison Agro Community Rehabilitation Programme 2024.Jamawi, who is also Chairman of the Sabah Urban Development Corporation , said he had no problem cooperating with the Prisons Department.

He also gave suggestions on the potential of suitable crops to focus on the skills training of Final Prisoners and Trainees of the Henry Gurney School so that they can be independent when they are released.
