The Duke of Sussex is set to become the first royal in modern history to testify in a civil trial when he takes the stand in a controversial phone hacking case in May.

London High Court Judge Timothy Fancourt on Wednesday ruled that Prince Harry's case will proceed to trial in May, the same month as King Charles’ coronation.
