Prince Harry has spilled on his relationship with Meghan Markle in a strange online therapy session with a trauma therapist.
The interview was part of a promotional tour for his new book, Spare, which has smashed sales records around the world.
For $60, residents of the US, Canada and the UK could listen in to the Duke’s therapy session with Dr Maté. Prince Harry was incredibly candid in the interview, telling the esteemed author of the relationship between him and his wife. saved me, I was stuck in this world and she was from a different world and helped me out of that,” he said. “But none of the elements in my life now would have been possible without me seeing them for myself.Dr Maté diagnosed the Prince with Attention Defecit Disorder, which left him bewildered.
“I felt different from the rest of my family, I felt strange being in this container and my mum felt the same. My body was in there but my head was out or vice versa,” he said. “Whenever I was my true self, it was almost ‘don’t be yourself, come back to what you’re expected to be."
