There, he’ll join actress Issa Rae, restaurateur and TV personality David Chang, runner Robin Arzón, author Adam Grant, and others to discuss "purpose, performance and human transformation," BetterUp said in aThe two-day event will see the star attendees partaking in discussions about leadership and business success.
The goal is for executives to "hear firsthand from renowned leaders, luminaries and researchers about how human transformation is key to building a thriving business today, and tomorrow. Human transformation is at the heart of driving positive mental health in the workplace, fostering impactful leaders, maintaining high-performing teams and transforming the organization at large," per the organization.
