Prince Harry has arrived at the UK'S High Court for a hearing in the case he has jointly brought, along with Sir Elton John, Liz Hurley, Sadie Frost and others, against the publisher of the Daily Mail over allegations of unlawful information gathering.

The Duke of Sussex is one of seven high-profile figures including Liz Hurley, Sadie Frost and Sir Elton John that are accusing the publisher of the Daily Mail and the Mail on Sunday of unlawfully gathering information through a range of means including phone-tapping.

The lawsuit is the latest of several brought against the tabloid press by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle over recent years, he also has an ongoing libel case against Associated Newspapers over a Mail on Sunday story about his security arrangements. Meantime, King Charles has reportedly set himself a strict curfew on the eve of his historic coronation and will not be attending the dinner Buckingham Palace is hosting for world leaders on May 5.

According to the source, His Majesty has told royal aides that he will not carry out any official duties after 6pm and plans to slink off to bed early to get some shut eye to ensure that he is “well-rested”.
