People magazine previously reported Harry was not expected to attend the funeral due to his security concerns in Britain, but confirmed on Friday that he did in fact discreetly attend the service.“It was wonderful that both princes were able to attend their uncle’s memorial service yesterday at St. Mary’s Church,” the source told the outlet.
The brothers reportedly stayed away from one another, sitting apart in the back of the cathedral, which is not far from the royal Sandringham Estate. Lord Fellowes was married to Lady Jane Spencer, Princess Diana’s sister, for more than 40 years.
