Bloom – who lives near the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in Montecito, Calif. – was also in the crowd with his 3-year-old daughter, Daisy, whom he shares with Perry. Celine Dion was also spotted in the VIP section of the “Roar” singer’s concert with her twin sons, Eddy and Nelson, 13.The outing came one year after the legendary “My Heart Will Go On” singer, 55, revealed she has been battling stiff-person syndrome.
