An arrest warrant has been issued for 31-year-old Dean Marchand, a Saskatoon resident, for possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime over $5,000 and possession of prohibited ammunition.In a statement, Prince Albert police Chief Jonathan Bergen said drug trafficking affects everyone.
“We recognize that many are suffering from addictions, and taking these drugs off our streets means less access and less harm.”
