Primary school teacher charged with sexually assaulting pupils
A PRIMARY school teacher in Teluk Intan, Perak, was charged in the sessions and magistrates’ courts today with seven counts of sexually assaulting three of his male pupils and assaulting them with intent to outrage their modesty since 2012.
At the sessions court before judge Norita Mohd Ardani, Mohamad Shafie Abdul Rani, 51, pleaded not guilty to four counts of committing physical sexual assault on two pupils, both 11, at three different locations in SK Ayer Hitam between May last year and January.
