President Cyril Ramaphosa says that despite a "glitch" in the Electoral Commission 's (IEC) system – which led to the leaking of the ANC 's parliamentary candidate list on Friday – he remains confident that the institution will deliver a free and fair election . He said:"They have given us an explanation, and we are satisfied with it. The list, having been released in the illegal way that it has been, is a matter that the IEC is dealing with.
They will, in their own processes, find out exactly who did it, how did it happen, and why did it happen."
