NEW YORK - President Joe Biden will be in New York City on Wednesday to attend what the White House is describing as three campaign receptions. Biden was expected to arrive in New York City early Tuesday afternoon. The White House did not release the exact times or locations of the events, but wherever the president goes, drivers can expect road closures and traffic delays. He is expected to attend events on both the East and West sides of Manhattan some time between 2:30 and 7:30 p.m.
Barricades have already been set up and police are positioned along the route.The MTA said riders should expect delays on the M31, M66 and M72 buses. 'It's going to be crazy, and I'm trying to get back home to Brooklyn to get away from here, because sometimes you never know,' Brooklyn resident Marina Sternberg said of the visit.
