Presiden sebuah NGO Sabah didakwa pecah amanah
PRESIDEN sebuah pertubuhan bukan kerajaan dan seorang lagi individu mengaku tidak bersalah di Mahkamah Sesyen Kota Kinabalu, hari ini atas pertuduhan pecah amanah menyalahgunakan harta secara tidak jujur berjumlah RM34,000.
Tertuduh, Jismit Japong, 54, iaitu presiden Pertubuhan Gagasan Ekonomi Bumiputera Sabah dan Mohd Hafiz Anuar, 36, yang hanya bekerja sendiri membuat pengakuan itu selepas pertuduhan dibacakan di hadapan Hakim Abu Bakar Manat.
