The two-and-a-half hour meeting started at 2pm and was chaired by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. A posting on the Premier of Sarawak’s official Facebook page ‘Sarawakku’ said as part of the meeting’s agenda, Abang Johari was given a slot to brief the sitting on Sarawak’s development over the past 60 years, and the way forward as outlined under the Post Covid-19 Development Strategy 2030.
Previously, Abang Johari had also given a similar briefing to the federal cabinet when it sat in Kuching in conjunction with this year’s Malaysia Day celebration on Sept 16 that was hosted by Sarawak.
