Sebelum Covid-19 mula melanda pada 2020, purata penumpang yang menggunakan perkhidmatan Prasarana adalah kira-kira 1.2 juta orang sehari.

“Angka sejuta penumpang sehari tersebut termasuk purata 100,000 penumpang yang menggunakan perkhidmatan MRT Laluan Putrajaya sejak ia dilancarkan oleh Perdana Menteri Anwar Ibrahim pada 16 Mac lepas,” menurut Prasarana.
