You can now call P.UP Malaysia for help when your EV runs out of battery in Penang Island. The company is planning to expand its 'powerbank on wheels' service to Klang Valley and Johor Bahru soon.

The monthly fee for the P.UP Malaysia subscription plan depends on the battery capacity of your EV and the amount of charge & groom sessions that you want to have per month. Here’s the pricing structure, according to The subscription plan does not come with any contract which means customers can cancel the plan at any time. P.UP Malaysia has also created a special subscription package for Cycle & Carriage Malaysia customers who purchase Mercedes-Benz EQ models.via phone call or WhatsApp message. In addition to that, the company only accepts payments through the QR method for the time being.

However, things will change once the P.UP Malaysia app is ready to serve customers. Expected to be available sometime next month, customers will not only be able to book and pay for the service through the app but also monitor P.UP’s mobile charger whereabouts and charging status.
