Studios, which is described as Power Rangers meets My Hero Academia. Ranger Academy is set to follow teenage cadets with attitude being trained at a school specifically to become Rangers of the future.

Billy's Return To The Franchise Comes At The Perfect Time "Ranger Academy: Office Hours" seems to confirm that Billy will be coming back in a supporting role, in the Ranger Academy series. The reveal comes with perfect timing for the character, as 2023 has proven to be a comeback year for the Rangers' resident bookworm.
Billy was always the genius of the team, creating the communicators for the Power Rangers. His wisdom extended past the Mighty Morphin' series, as without even being a Ranger, he was a part of the Zeo cast as the Rangers' tech expert, before he left the planet with his lover, Cesteria. It makes perfect sense for him to return to the foreground, bringing his wisdom to the new generation of Rangers, both on TV and in comics.
