Senator Lidia Thorpe shared new claims in a tell-all interview and revealed that she has concerns for her own safety following a slew of controversies.
The former Greens Senator told activist Tom Tanuki that she is a target of abuse in a fresh new interview.
Ms Thorpe also confirmed she is “not going away”, despite her colleagues calling on her to resign and be booted from Senate following the incident. “I think that only shows that this country is frightened of the truth and they’ve had to deal with it head on because they can’t get rid of me.”Lidia Thorpe made the fresh new claims in an interview with activist Tom Tanuki. Ms Thorpe took a swipe at Maxine’s Gentlemen’s Club and alleged they had misconstrued and constructed a different narrative to what actually happened that night.
