Bridesmaids star Rose Byrne is positively addressing a potential sequel. The comedy, directed by Paul Feig, premiered in 2011 and follows Annie Walker , a former pastry chef whose string of bad luck worsens when asked to serve as the maid of honor at her best friend Lillian's wedding. Byrne portrayed the wealthy and arrogant Helen Harris III, one of Lilian's bridesmaids who constantly competes with Annie.
"If all the girls were in, I absolutely would... It’s a hard act to follow because the first film was so great. It was so magical and so beloved. Maybe we could do a different movie together. A re-imagining of something. But I miss them all. I saw Kristen Wiig recently. It was so lovely to see her. I hadn't seen her for so long, and they've all got such a special place in my heart.
