Post-MCO, Malaysians should emulate Taiwan and S. Korea

MALAYSIANS should emulate social conscientiousness practised by the Taiwanese and South Koreans, whose governments did not require any lockdown to curb the spread of Covid-19. Both countries managed to bring levels of infections under control without imposing any movement restrictions but relied on the civic response of the public.
