A passerby told the Chinese newspaper that at that time, it was raining, and it seemed that the car was parked there for the driver’s convenience.Commenting on this, a representative of MCA in Iskandar Puteri has said that vehicles not parked in their designated spots can be towed away by the city council when public members make complaints.
