. The popular Michelin Guide-approved Taiwanese restaurant chain got its English name from its Chinese moniker 雙月, which means ‘double moon’ .

It specialises in hearty, nourishing soups and home-style braised and steamed dishes. And it’s opening its first overseas outlet, right here in Singapore.Little is known about the Singapore outlet, except that it is located at Ngee Ann City and is slated to open in October 2024. At press time, the bright red hoarding for the restaurant is still up.
