A popular sweet treat sold in a supermarket chain and smaller outlets across the country has been recalled over a potential allergen contamination.
“The recall is due to a potential dairy allergen contamination,” the FSANZ alert reads.
“Any consumers who have a milk allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed.” The affected cookie dough bites are marked with Best Before Dates of up to and including September 21, 2024. Consumers who have a milk allergy or intolerance should not consume this products and should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund.
