. The mall’s new owner, CenterCal Properties, is transforming the mall’s upstairs dining area into what it’s calling the “Bay Break dining terrace.”
The remodeled area will feature “outdoor seating, fire pits, bar games, programmed lounges, and a robust audio-visual system,” the E’ville Eye reported.
