Drawing from St. Paul's words to the community of Corinth, Pope Francis emphasized that the Spirit provides different gifts to different individuals. He defined charisma by two main elements: they are given 'for the common good,' aiming not only for personal sanctification but also for building up the Church. He stressed the importance of rediscovering charisma to ensure that the promotion of the laity, particularly women, is not seen merely as an institutional or sociological fact but also in its biblical and spiritual dimension
