CNA also noted an investigation will be conducted and the pastor "no longer has administrative oversight over the parish." “The parish did not follow diocesan policy regarding the filming on Church property, which includes a review of the scenes and script,” the statement said, according to CNA., which was released on Halloween, shows the singer in a variety of scenes, including a street, a gym, as well as the church.
In one scene, she drives a pink hearse up to a church. Toward the end of the video, she dances provocatively on the altar of the church while singing. "Carpenter appeared at one point in the video with no pants while profane decorations lay atop and around the altar," CNA wrote. "The video depicted several men fighting over the singer and eventually killing each other over her; their funeral coffins appear to end up in the Catholic church in the video."
