THE Election Commission has set polling for the Sandakan parliamentary constituency by-election from 7.30am to 5pm on May 11. EC deputy director Dr Azmi Sharom said the time was to allow Muslim staff, candidate agents and observers to fast during Ramadan while performing their duties.
