: Polis percaya berjaya menumpaskan satu sindiket pengedaran dadah jenis Methamphetamine atau syabu dengan penahanan dua lelaki serta merampas 51.501 kilogram dadah berkenaan bernilai RM2.57 juta di sini, semalam.
Beliau berkata suspek pertama berusia 33 tahun bekerja sebagai operator kilang manakala suspek kedua berusia 31 tahun merupakan jurudawai elektrik. “Polis turut merampas kereta Mercedes-Benz itu yang dianggarkan bernilai RM53,000 manakala keseluruhan rampasan dianggar bernilai RM2.623 juta,“ katanya dalam sidang media di Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Kuala Kangsar dan turut dihadiri Ketua Polis Perak Datuk Seri Mohd Yusri Hassan Basri.
“Siasatan lanjut mendapati kedua-dua lelaki itu merupakan keldai dadah dengan suspek pertama diupah sebanyak RM50,000 manakala suspek kedua dibayar RM500 bagi membawa dadah berkenan.
